I’m grateful for the freedom to take a break when I need to (in life and at work); I’m grateful that my grandmother can still call me; lastly I’m grateful that my family knows that I love them. 

2. Journal about 1 positive experience you’ve had over the last 24 hours

In the last 24 hours I was able to have a good conversation with my sister, and my boy Jonathan about life and moving forward. I was also given a new book recommendation from my sister that I’m really excited about.
