This was a very well written article. It makes me wonder, and take a step back to look at the larger picture of American society today. While I have never been one to believe in coincidence it would seem that the author makes very good points about how our violent culture contridicts our sympathy that we show for recent violence. Yes we do have the strongest military presense around the world. We brag about this fact, the secret of drone attacks is no longer a secret yet it seems activist against them have been silent. It is as though we have all fallen asleep and accepted everything that has been given to us. Lets hope we wkae up before its too late.
