South Korea Disputes North’s Dismissal of Armistice

I’m honestly not sure what the point of even acknowledging this is. It still confuses me to this day why we feel the need to tell countries who can and can’t have nuclear weapons when we ourselves have them. Let the UN handle stuff like this. Lets say a war does start with NK, what could we possibly gain? Whose side do you think China would be on? It just seems like a headache. Maybe I am ignorant and misinformed. Nevertheless just my thoughts.
