LIFE HACK “Creating Positive Change” (Day Eight)

1. Write down 3 gratitude’s.

I would like to show gratitude for my goals. I am thankful for being happy. and lastly, am thankful for being able to do my best to find success in each and everyday. 

2. Journal about 1 positive experience you’ve had over the last 24 hours 

In the last 24 hours I was able to have lunch with D’s younger sister discuss her future, her goals and ambitions.

5. Write one positive email praising or thanking someone in your social support network: Yes
