LIFE HACK “Creating Positive Change” (Day Five)

I am grateful for my foundation, my time, and the people I spend the most time around

2. Journal about 1 positive experience you’ve had over the last 24 hours 

I had a chance to catch up with my brody Rupert today. I’m falling asleep as I write this.. I hope to write more later 

3. Exercise: Yes

4. Meditate: No meditation, but I did get a chance to zone out and listen to some good music… again… I needed it, today was a rough one.

5. Write one positive email praising or thanking someone in your social support network: No.
